I haven't noticed they get worse at night. I'm wondering if what feels like my tremors and shaking is actually atrial fibrillation or palpitations, but it feels like it is in my lower intestines. However I haven't taken the time to try a pulse oximeter to check out atrial fib.
Sorry to hear that yours interfere with your sleep. Had you heard that melatonin might help? How do you finally get the sleep you need?

Thanks for replying. I tried 2mg of melatonin & it didn’t do anything. I think I’ll try a higher dose tonight. My tremors were so bad that i stayed up till 2:30am and they were strong. Mine were going up to my neck. I have atrial fib and it wasn’t that for me. My gastroenterologist gave me dicyclomine. I really don’t get the sleep i need. …3 1/2 hrs last night. I just hope and pray that I’ll get a better night sleep tonight. I don’t know if i should call my gastroenterologist tomorrow or call a neurologist. I’m tried of feeling this way.
