Do your tremors get worst at night? I try to go to sleep and it’s like a motor going off inside. I even tried melatonin but it didn’t calm them down.

I haven't noticed they get worse at night. I'm wondering if what feels like my tremors and shaking is actually atrial fibrillation or palpitations, but it feels like it is in my lower intestines. However I haven't taken the time to try a pulse oximeter to check out atrial fib.
Sorry to hear that yours interfere with your sleep. Had you heard that melatonin might help? How do you finally get the sleep you need?
