Thanks for the reply! This is what I read “ Can anemia cause tinnitus (ringing in the ears)? Without enough iron, the body's arteries must pump harder to deliver more blood. Because the ears are very sensitive to changes in blood flow, you may hear this happen. In some cases it may sound like the pulse of a heartbeat, known as pulsatile tinnitus.” Mine is not pulsatile tinnitus and it is very much related to stress, my blood pressure is fine so it’s not that, and there are times when it is not there at all. I wish that I had blood work done when it started.

Thanks for sharing! your explanation makes sense. I hope with your iron increasing, the tinnitus will go away soon!
