In some cases it may sound like the pulse of a heartbeat, known as pulsatile tinnitus.” Mine is not pulsatile tinnitus and it is very much related to stress, my blood pressure is fine so it’s not that, and there are times when it is not there at all. I wish that I had blood work done when it started.
