TU for ur kindness. I’ve pretty much been ignored by ppl who I thought were our forever friends. I found I couldn’t live in a cold winter so I spend those cold mos in mid Fl. I also stay away from emotional conflicts - they raise Cortisol and adrenaline this more and more pain. I read and write, do Bible study, pray and meditate. Stretching before bed and upon rising is very helpful. Epsoms salts baths help a lot too.

@irr4et You have a good perspective on self-regulating and symptom management. Thanks for sharing what works for you. I learned a stretch routine while attending Mayo Pain Rehab that works every joint from jaw to toe. It's wonderful.
