CBD is cannabidiol a form of cannabis or marijuana. So that you can find out how it is used by patients on Connect, simply put CBD in the Search bar at the top of this window. Tap the glass at the end and you should get a list of everywhere CBD has been used on Connect. You may also want to learn more about CBD on Leafly.com. Most medical cannabis contains CBD and another component called Tetrahydrocannabinol or THC. For example, my bedtime medical cannabis is a 2:1 CBD/THC or two parts of the CBD to 1 part of the THC. I hope this will get you started.
What kind of physical therapy are you receiving ..... as a treatment for what condition? I am happy to help you if you can give me more information about your diagnosis. Speaking of physical therapy, espeically if you are talking about neuropathy or other types of pain and discomfort, you may want to try Myofascial Release Therapy.....a special kind of body therapy that is quite helpful. Do you think that might help you.
May you have happiness and the causes of happiness.

I was told by my OT not to use ice. I use my wax machine, compression gloves. I have Erosive Osteoarthritis (EOA) which is degenerative & irreversible. I get relief using a balm of Arnica & CBD. Ice is over for me.
Interesting! Ice definitely helps with inflammation for me, but I’ll have to check into that! Is your EOA just in your fingers? I wonder how far it spreads!
Thank you very much for your informative reply
Hyaluronic acid (HA). Glucosamine & chondroitin. Omega-3's. A generous amount of HA -- more than you will find in combination pills. I needed to start with 50-60 mg. You can also apply a topical NSAID gel directly to the area.
Any particular supplement brand you have liked?
Hello~I hope this finds you in not as much discomfort. I have osteoarthritis in both knees...which I'm learning how to deal with to ease up that pain when trying to walk up stairs...more strengthening. I also started to get a trigger finger..my middle finger. I know how painful this can be and didn't want to go the route I went down when I had this same thing happening on the other hand, years ago...which was a terribly painful injection. While the inj. did do its job..and that finger hasn't bothered me since....I thought to see if I could take care of this new 'stickiness, and pain in a more holistic manner. I started taking collagen powder in the am..that has many types of collagen our bodies can use..if they are 'peptides'..and hydrolyzed. I researched many brands..it's not a cheap fix by any means....but...I can honestly say that after 8 months of taking this powder in my morning coffee (yes..hard to find ones that totally dissolve)..an unflavored one has worked it's magic!....I've noticed that the age spots on the back of my hands have almost disappeared!..my thin hair is no longer so thin...my facial wrinkles have gotten lighter as well...I'm 77 yrs. young...still a bit shocked when looking in the mirror...wasn't happy with the ol' lady looking back...but, I can honestly say that I do feel and look better! Oh...and my trigger finger totally healed itself! I do take many supplements as well..but nothing has worked like the collagen powder has. I finally found a product that has all 5 types of collagen..and also dissolves well in hot liquids with no taste....I feel better then I have in years....I use Vitacost for most of my supplements..that helps to bring down the cost. Bless you all....keep up the fight to feel and look better!
Could you please reveal the "brand" of collagen powder that you use. Do you take it with the other supplements, and what are those supplements. TIA.
EOA is limited to hands & less often, feet. It’s a new subset as of 2011, I believe. Currently they say only 3% have it.
Hello~
I'm taking 'Codeage'....best price was at Vitacost...63 servings under 40.00.
dissolves well in coffee..unflavored..although I think it does also come in flavors. I'm also doing 'GrowBone' as well as glucosamine sulfate for my OA knees, Ecogreen (Now)...5,000IU's of Vit D-3, along with other supplements.
I also do about 4oz of kombucha daily. Hope this helps you.
