IF, a person had a history of moderate alcohol use and develops neuropathy, will continuing to have an occasional cocktail...limited to 1 or 2 be of any significant concern as far as neuropathy symptom?

I once had the same question, and asked many providers. Unfortunately, I don't think there is an evidence based answer.
Does anybody have any different answer?
