I hope that Liz is home by now with no other surprises. I'm glad that Liz has had some relief that she needs and that you are both able to rest more. Not a great way to spend the weekend!

Happily, Liz was released from the hospital around 5:00 pm today. She is on oxygen 24/7, started Dexamethasone (steroids) every 6 hrs and will be taking Eliquis (anti-clotting medicine) after her biopsy on Wednesday. In the mean time I am giving her an injectable blood thinner with a biological half-life of only 12 hrs. We have timed her injections so that it should be essentially gone from her bloodstream by the time of her biopsy. The every 6 hrs steroids are going to take a little while to get used to waking up in the middle of the night to administer, but such is life...

Hoping for a quite Tuesday and informative Wednesday.
