As many have shared, take it slow. Are you tapering with the help of a medical professional? What withdrawal side effects are you experiencing?

Thank you for your Welcome. This is all new to me but will hopefully be a very valuable connection to have with understanding people.
The medical professional is aware I am tapering off slowly.
Depression, up and down anxiety, extremely tired, extreme headache, can’t get out of bed.
Last night I slept for a few hours for the first time. Usually I wake after 2 hours of sleep.
I sleep with a fan on me which helps.
I seem to be more confused and overwhelmed these past days after being down to 3mg a day for a month.
