@artist01, @loribnt, @sueinmn,@johnbishop,@artscaping, and all....well, folks, I want to share something special. You are every one soooo very talented and involved with painting, quilting, making paper!!!!!
When I was in gra.mar scho...long time ago...we lived in the mountains of NC. I had a horse, was very happy there. An elderly lady, friend, probably in her 40's...was a known local artist. I was honored to have lessens with her. My first introduction to watercolors.
I'm attaching a couple of pictures to share. I painted them with Mrs. Maloy...sharing. I've been taking pictures for insurance and for donation or sale.
Here are those first pics I did...enjoy and be kind!

Wow, Elizabeth. I’m echoing @artist01!! You have some natural talent. These are your first attempts??? 🙃 Did you continue to paint after that?
@ess77 To me, a completely untalented, non-creative person, those are all beautiful. I wish I had one-tenth of your talent. My sister-in-law does some watercolors and I love her work too. My brother, upon retiring, became a photographer, mostly landscapes and seascapes and his wife painted as an avocation. My profile picture is one of his, it's looking toward Mount Washington in NH.
