I've been wondering about the D3 and "pinching" muscles, but it seems like the daily 2000 mg dose doesn't act as badly as the weekly. I am still experimenting and watching. I have nodules in lungs/thyroid that there are new reports as being caused by low D3. I also watch diet: GERD triggers on webmd has some good advice, and I'm sure you've also already been there. I eat smaller meals these days to avoid stomach dumping and feel like I'm missing nutrients.. I am glad some of the advice is useful to you! Thanks .

My bottle for D3 and multi-vitamin have IU as measurement.. between the gel D3 and chewable multi-vitamin I take 1000 IU a day. I have tried to increase it more, but the pain begins in the muscles. To me … achy, throbbing like the flu.

Yes.. GERD .. since 1991 … with giant hiatal hernia that would not stay repaired. I wound up having a gastric bypass and so far the hernia is staying in place. I can only eat about a cup of food at one time so 5-6 munchies a day. I'm never hungry so I just time it out.. or if eat something if I am lightheaded.

My wrist hurts less today so think it is just strained.
