Not sure about anyone else, but I started off with 500 mg. When the mucus gets worse, I will take it twice daily and that seems to control a lot of the problems allowing me to be Vest free and nebulizer free for a time. I also take a quercetin supplent once daily as it is an anti-inflammatory. Hope you get some relief soon.
