@sal Gentile, I've had tinnitus so long I don't know when it started. It is so loud. And my hearing is bad.

You may already know that Mammalian inner ear hair cells do not have the ability to spontaneously regenerate, so their irreversible damage is the main cause of sensorineural hearing and tinnitus. Frequency Theraputics has attempted clinical trials but hasn't solved the problem (yet). Maybe someday in not too distant future...
