I do LCHF, 17/7 IF, and supplements include Lysine, C, K2 MK-4, K, MK-7, D3, Mag, E. I also throw in HIRT weights and ride a recumbent trike 20 miles 4 days a week. I work at a stand-up desk and when sitting, use a balance ball.

We are pretty much on the same page, I do High Impact Interval Training (not sure what HIRT is) and am very active with walks, high energy drumming and projects. I am 67, retired almost a year ago. I hope I get reductions in that CAC. I passed a standard stress test but EKG showed some abnormality that my cardiologist has scheduled me for a nuclear stress test at the end of March. That will show whether or not I have soft plaque. I refused a statin so far. I had problems with them 15 years ago and the data I've seen on them makes me wonder why I should take them.

Calcium is good. It is stable plaque. To slow overall progression, 40 mg Crestor, eat less! 5 mg Zetia
