@marye2
I watched this one and I think she has one on the thumb too that I watched after my thumb surgery in 2020. COVID hit after I had done a few weeks of PT and insurance would not pay for tele visits for PT. COVID was very bad in my town. I watched a lot of videos. I needed exercises for my thumb and wrist. I have done exercises for the wrist for years.
Ergonomics and posture … yes , very important and I have practiced them. Another is nutrition. I try to eat healthy, but I have stomach and esophagus problems and have had several abdominal surgeries. I do not absorb all of my nutrients. So I have weak bones, tendons, ligaments, muscles. I had several years that my vitamin d3 level was none existent. It is now registering on the low side of the scale. Vitamin d is what helps all the other vitamins and minerals to be absorbed. My magnesium is on mid scale now, To make things more whacky my calcium was high… now it is mid scale since I am absorbing more vitamin d. If I take high doses of vitamin d3 my muscles hurt horribly. I have been told that I am not the only one that happens with.
Thank you for your comment and the video.
