Barb, sorry to hear about plummeting oxygen levels and shortness of breath. I hope Arikayce will help.

Hi Barb, I have been on the Big 3 and also Arikayce. No problems with any of those. I was instructed to do an inhaler (I use Albuterol) to open everything up 15 to 30 minutes before I use the Arikayce. It must do the trick because I haven’t had the brochospasms. Coleen, thanks for relocating topic to the appropriate place, and for the links which I will tap into. My doctor indicated one of the side effects of Arikayce was bronchospasms. Concerned because of shortness of breath and really low oxygen levels.
