@sonyamagee1964 I suggest TRAZADONE to help you sleep,instead of a benzodiazapine.Trazadone will put you to sleep.Been taking this for years...75mg's before bed.It's NON narcotic and I've never noticed any side effects...ever.Benzo's are addictive and can be problematic.God Bless and hang in there...it's gonna change.
