I also believe you may be tapering to quickly. If your reducing weely your likely not giving your brain enough time to adjust to the new dose. I’d use a compounding pharmacy lowering my dose by 5-20% every 2-6 weeks. With specific mg cuts the percentage of medication varies each time you cut.
Very wise not to take the Xanax.

I was on 75mg of Lyrica 25mg 3x a day. I was also on morphine because of a fall and fractures in my vertebrae. After 2 weeks in lyrica I couldn’t kerp my eyes open. So I dropped 50mg in 10 days and also 10mg if morphine. This was too quick. Withdrawal was awful. I am also on an antidepressant.
It has been 4 weeks since I dropped the 50 mg if Lyrica and now I want to drop the 25mg left. Do I need to taper off of it and if so how. It’s a capsule.
