Do other long haulers suffer with brain changes? Seen any improvement?

I had covid first at the end of Jan. 2021. I then had the two vaccines in Feb. 2021. So I'm not sure which caused all of my problems.

I am a long hauler. Vaccinations were not available at the time. The vaccine helped reduce the frequency of my symptoms. I had Covid September 2020. I wait until the data was in and my teenager was vaccinated. I did not want to get worse. The vaccine did not heal me but it helped me. My children did get Covid after being vaccinated I cared for them I did not get Covid after being exposed.
