hi, any tips on helping this? as i have cut out caffeine now, and trying everything, it helps when i have alcohol but seems to make it worse as an after effect so making me not want to have it again, its kind of taking over my life now. other symptoms too like fuzziness comes and goes in my legs. neurologists are taking their time to see me

Welcome @mariell, I saw a post earlier in this discussion by @jesussaves1 that mentions her internal vibrations were relieved by a Candida cleanse diet. @mariell Hi there. It seems you are really giving it your all in trying to understand or stop your plethora of symptoms. It's not a good feeling when you get to the point you feel it's kind of taking over your life, as you state. I understand because I also got to that point.

I really like that you are thinking of natural things to help like cutting caffeine. Perhaps thinking outside of the box....instead of more medicines and staying in fight or flight mode, have you ever considered the Mayo Pain Rehabilitation Center?
