The CA19-9 which doctor can do this.......My GI doctor is 4 hours away from me. My internal medicine doctor could she do this for me?

Any doctor can order a CA19-9 test, it's more likely a matter of which labs are available to you. Your GI should be able to phone/fax an order to a lab near you.
