Where can I find a good diet for erosion esophagus caused by chronic gastric reflux

I'm on a similar regimen. Also, no chocolate, no caffeine (only herbal teas with no lemon or mint), no citrus fruit or tomatoes, no red meat.
I can hear the difference when I speak. The hoarseness has lessened considerably. The diet is tough when you eat out, but not so bad when preparing food at home. If it leads to improvement, it's certainly worth it.

Happy for you that there is no sign of Barrett's esophagus! Good for you.
You must have been disciplined in following the diet. I'll get the book
Cheers!

Does that mean you can go back to eating everything you could previously not?.
