@mamafluh this is a great discussion to gather tips from others dealing with longhaul COVID. Why don't you get the conversation started?

What symptoms do you have? What ones do you find the hardest to describe? What words or metaphors help you to communicate your symptoms to your doctor and feel understood?

Absolute fatigue
Unable to stand while brushing teeth
Heaviness in my chest
Shakiness after making a sandwich
Inability to lift arms to hang up clothes
No energy to even speak
Note: I tested positive on home test on April 19, 2021. I spent most of April going from primary to cardiologist to Pulminologist trying to find reason for my exhaustion. I had swollen ankles and numbness in my calves. Cardiologist ran a CT scan to check for infection and discovered GGO (ground-glass opacity). He placed me on prednisone 4/14/22.
Since then, I have continued having the fatigue and heart affects.
