Happy for you that there is no sign of Barrett's esophagus! Good for you.
You must have been disciplined in following the diet. I'll get the book
Cheers!
For snacks try toasted wheat bread with natural peanut butter, try sea salted cashews or pistachios, Put mild cheddar slices on a chicken breast sandwich for added calories.
The best thing to do is to meet with a dietician who deals with digestive problems. They usually have lists of foods that won't make your irritation worse and will help you keep your weight. There are also many helpful diet books. Good luck.

I'm on a strict low acid diet along with pantaprazole 40mg 1/2 hr. before supper. Do not take aspirin! Only tylenol for pain. I would say the low acid diet cleared it up. Remember, No soda, booze, low acid coffee only. No vinegar based products. Good luck!
