I need help with my anxiety it has crippled me.I have been taking Ativan which seems to help but my husband who is my main care giver gets very upset when I take it he feels I’m becoming addicted and doesn’t like it when I am out of it. I don’t know how to make him understand when you get that sinking feeling in your stomach
