Have you tried the new Protocol 525 product for neuropathy relief?
I have used the original version of the Protocol 525 product (https://theprotocolworks.com/) since 2016. I have idiopathic small fiber peripheral neuropathy with the only symptom being numbness in both legs. When I started taking the protocol, the numbness was just below my knees. After 2 months, the numbness seems to be just above the ankles which is subjective on my part with no additional testing. I do feel it is a win-win for me as my neuropathy has not progressed like I was told it would by the neurologist. I have continued taking the protocol in hopes that it may continue to roll back the numbness symptoms. I have noticed some new feeling in my feet in the last 2 months. Some feeling has returned to me feet and they seem to feel better lately although I still have the numbness – hard to describe the difference.
The Protocol 525 is not a cure for neuropathy. It treats the pain and discomfort symptoms of neuropathy without the drugs which have their own side effects. Have you tried the Protocol 525 or the original protocol? Did it help? If yes, how? If no, please share.
Note: I have no commercial investment in the protocol and I am sharing this information as someone who has found some degree of relief using this combination of supplements. I also discussed these supplements with my Mayo primary care team before I started taking them. The care team sent them to the pharmacist for review who did not have any major concerns for me taking them.

I've had neuropathy for years in the facial area from my toes up to above the ankles. I discovered an ointment from +Plus CBD. I use their extra strength ointment, 100 cbd. When it bothers me enough to use it, I just rub a moderate amount on the whole facial area, especially at bed time, and it is a real blessing for the relief I get. Any other time it worries me I just stop and rub a coat of it on. Great ointment!
Welcome @artv, It's good that you found something that gives you relief. You mentioned neuropathy in your facial area from your toes up to above your ankles. Did you mean you also have neuropathy pain in your head and face area?
Hello John, no, the facial area about 6"above the ankle. Glad you questioned about it, just didn't make myself clear.
Hi John, do you still use Protocol 525 ? Any quick comments ?
Hi Korgman12 - Yes, I'm still using the Protocol 525. I'm looking forward to later this year when hopefully they will start shipping a liquid version which may be a little easier to take and manage. I have been seeing more improvement with the numbness in my feet which gives me even more hope at my older age. I've also been making sure I keep my feet and legs moisturized daily which I didn't always do in the beginning of my journey.
Thank you John, I'll try it

Anyone taking Protocol 525 and subject to uranalysis testing at work?
I'm interested in starting the protocol for PN in my feet but am concerned about low THC content of the hemp seed oil and my required drug testing. The hemp seed oil claims less than 0.001% THC and the drug test is positive at 15 ng/mL.
The oil is less than 0.001% THC and the protocol requires 3 tablespoons per day (~45 mL) resulting in 0.00045 mL THC/day. The density of THC is ~ 1 g/mL resulting in 0.00045 g THC/day, or 0.45 mg THC/day. However, I can not find a reliable source stating how mg THC consumed is converted to ng/mL in urine.
The FAQ states it will not generate a positive test but does anyone have experience with drug testing?
Or is there a substitution for hemp seed oil such as flax seed oil?
Thanks!
Doug
Welcome @ohiodoug , I’ve been on the Protocol since 2016 but haven’t been tested for drugs but I don’t think it’s a significant amount of THC. There is zero “high” from the hempseed oil. You might want to search the Facebook group since there are more active members there.
I do think you may able to substitute flaxseed oil for the hempseed oil.
Are you able to ask someone at your work place?
