What is the treatment for esophageal perforation?

What is the treatment for a hole in the esophagus at Mayo Clinic? I’ve been NPO for 5 months hoping it would heal on its own. I’m on two antibiotics and on a feeding tube. I’ve been approved for my initial consultation.
