I have been watching the videos and am totally fascinated by the approach. As I said in reply to Nurse Jenn, I wish there was a virtual program. To answer your question about me, depending on the day, I would reply differently about whether I have improved since my acute onset August '20. I've learned my body better and have gotten pretty good at not completely crashing. I tend to overdo when I feel pretty good - paying for it either immediately or later on. I go for slow walks of maybe 15 - 30 minutes. I religiously do my yoga/abdominal/ balance routine daily or I try to do it daily. I'm in great shape sitting and in a prone position. 🙂 I try daily to mediate and live in the good moments. Discouragement and setbacks do occur too frequently. When I get down, I try to recall that my symptoms are not as bad as some and I have survived!! I am fortunate. I can't tell you how much I appreciate the feedback, tools and companionship this website has provided. Thank you!!
