Thank you, Nurse, Jenn. I am having trouble accessing the YouTube. The message I get is that it is private. I'll keep trying. The pain philosophy makes sense. I practice mediation and mindfulness and will continue to do so. I sure wish long haul patients could access the 12 week course virtually. I'd jump all over it.

Go on you tube or google and look up central sensitization. We are all in this together. This is a long road but we are not alone….
