@thumperguy My exercise routine is a mix of things to keep myself interested because I actually hate to exercise. But when my best friend, who is a doctor, told me the day I was diagnosed with this lung disease six years ago that I had to exercise everyday to keep my lungs in shape, I listened to her. I do six days a week. I take one day off for rest. But it's a combination of either an aerobics class at the gym which has cardio and weights for 45 minutes, or 30-40 minutes on the treadmill power walking (which is about 2 miles or more) or just doing a power walk outside for 30-40 minutes probably two or three days out of the week. They say walking is just as good as anything else but I think a brisker walk is even better. I have a Fitbit watch so that helps keep me in check. And what's funny is, if I hadn't gotten this lung disease I wouldn't be doing this. It was a "sort of" blessing in disguise. Nan
