Foot pain post arthroscopic knee surgery

I had a second knee replacement on January 28, 2020. Of course I missed PT due to being shut down due to covid. I eventually got PT a year later. My knee is always stiff and still have to ice it constantly. I take Aleve and occassionaly tramadrol. Nothing seems to ease it and I can no longer walk long distances

My PT told me there’s a small window for gaining range of motion and extension after this surgery. If it’s not done properly it can cause permanent damage, funny walk, limping etc. it could be from not going to PT and getting those things back right away. I would definitely consult doctor or PT
