Diet etc. to avoid colon cancer after removal of large polyp pre cance

I am 78 had pre cancerous cells in removed polyp and would like diet and lifestyle medicinal advice to avoid recurrence

Your doctor can give you a referral to a dietician. I found this very helpful when I received a new diagnosis.

I had 1/2 of my colan removed due to large amount of poalops. 6 months ago. I still have alot of pain sometime so sharp it takes my breath away. I've had another colanospy and a cat san and my doctor says everything looks great. any support groups or advice? Vicki
