I am very curious as to what your “extremely healthy” diet is… could you give me a couple of days or so of example menus of what your diet is?

@zeegee , mostly just boneless chicken breast , sweet potato, jasmine rice , low fat yogurt sometimes, fresh fish grilled , zucchini grilled , low fat mozzarella cheese , pork loin grilled , sometimes green beans . Decaf ginger tea with Lemon and organic honey. Sourdough toast lightly buttered . Oatmeal with honey and cinnamon. Once on a while I will eat pasta w/ my homemade spaghetti sauce ( that I cook for 5 hours ). Not too often because it’s acidic.
A nice salad of mixed greens and olives and such ( gotta be careful with raw).
No caffeine, no fast food , no fried food , low sugar . Lots of water . Rarely ever eat a meal outside the home . So that’s extremely healthy eating .
