I use the closed caption app when I make a call to someone, an appointment, etc. Lately when I receive a call I've been letting it go to voicemail. I have visual voicemail on my phone where I can see the message that was left on my phone. This is great feature I didn't have on my previous iphone.

Thanks! I like using closed captioning but it's not appealing to others in my household but they do it for me. Often, the captions don't sync with the visual properly or they are not available for what I'm watching.
