I had si joint injections a week ago and it was eye opening. I was told I had bursitis and got injections for that, didn’t help. Got the si injections and as soon as he placed the needle and I felt the twinge, I said that’s it! That’s the exact pain I’m having! The only pain I have is from the bruising at injection site. My si joint pain was instantly gone and is still gone a week later. I will say that if I “over extend” my leg the wrong way I will feel a twinge so I’m being careful.
