What's outside of your picture window today?
As we get ready for the real winter to show up and COVID-19 still playing a major part in our lives I like to spend moments of my day de-stressing about what's going on in the world today. All I have to do is look out the window and observe some of natures beautiful creatures, how they interact and ponder how small it makes my troubles seem. Sometimes I may even get the opportunity to take a photo or two. How about you? Anything going on outside of your window(s) that you want to share?
For those members that have the ability to size your photos before you upload them to the discussion, may I suggest using the following sizes:

Pretty Kitty!
Oh, Laurie, what wonderful news! And to be close to family as well...I bet your health wil improve just from the stress relief. Looking forward to hearing more from you as you get settled in a more appropriate setting.
You will be in my thoughts and prayers as you move yet again!
Sue
@sueinmn Thanks, Sue, for that encouraging message. I feel very positive about this "new" fresh start (there've been so many! Lol), and the best part will be that I'm so close to my very supportive family. @ess77, thank you so much, too, Elizabeth! Your kind words are always very welcome!
My best to you and Sue, Laurie
@johnviahop and all....John, I don't seem to have my photos on the laptop from the android. Is there a secret? I'll call Samsung to see if they can help Thanks, Elizabeth
@johnbishop and all...this isn't a shot of the bromeliad. It's one of my lily family, don't remember the name of it. I planted it about 8 years ago and every year it quietly begins to peek through the leaves and grow into a simple, lovely lily with 5-6 leaves and multiple flowers each year. ..if I can keep the lawn service from spraying and killing it. They think it's a weed! They are vicious with that weed sprayer, killing some of my old, large, giant liriope and other babies I've loved so long. They don't kill the weed growing in the liriope tho. I go out and use my handy clippers to the ground with the palmetto plants and such we in Florida deal with. Most of my pictures I'll be sending will be of tropical plants or plants that are perennial in Florida. My picture gallery folder isn't on my laptop so I'll just send pics for now from my Galaxy. I'll figure out how to coordinate the phone and laptop...thought I'd done it. Think this day is finished for now and tomorrow I'll call Samsung to get directions, maybe.
You're all so good and patient. Appreciate that a lot. Blessings, elizabeth
@johnbishop, @artist01, @sueinmn,@loribmt,@athenalee,@gingerw,@jakedduck1 and all...looks like you'll see: hydrangea, hibiscus, kitty, vanda orchid, bromilliad, shrimp plant, bottle brush plant, patio?? And several didn't make it.
You're catching up with me now...seeing some pretties from my life.
Birds coming tomorrow.
Blessings, friends all. Elizabeth
@ess77 Hi Elizabeth. Great pictures! You caught on to the How To. Good for you. Congrats!!
Love your kitty. ❤
You did it, Elizabeth! Wow, this was worth the wait. These pictures are gorgeous and the kitty picture are adorable. Look at all those bird feeders! You’ve told us about those the past year and I had no idea you had so many. No wonder you have friends in your back yard…feathered and furry! 😅
It’s so beautiful seeing all these blossoms in the dead of winter for the people in colder climates! Thank you for sharing!! 😘
@loribmt, I hope they bring some fun and smiles to folks feeling the cold and closeted inside due to the snow. I actually have several different feeders, bigger and better for my friend.s I'll take some pics soon with the new look, although we've just had several weeks of pretty cold temps... '30-'40s. Most of the flowers you see there are still blooming, kist not so pretty and full now. Give them a month and in March I'll send you so new and fuller pics. I had some of the birds, too, that I'll get to soon.
I think if I send myself an email from my phone with the gallery of pictures attached, then on laptop move the attachment to a new folder on laptop, I may have access to my pictures w/o any further thought???? I may have figured this issue out, or not. We'll see tomorrow.
Just saw a report on the news about Tony Robbins' new book about his serious skiing accident and possible loss os mobility, etc. He's done his research and found stem cells worked to cause his body to heal and he's fine now....I'm researching tomorrow the possible use of stem cell therapy for my son, dystonia. I think this might be possible????? Will find out tomorrow. I'm too tired and having sight issues now due to time on phone email. Please pray for this and that I'll find answers and get him the help that's available.
Glad to hear from you. Hope all is well...still in MN? soon to FL? Blessings, my friend. elizabeth
