Welcome @asq. There isn't a group dedicated to genetic diseases at the moment. However, we have several discussion groups on various genetic diseases (if that makes sense). May I ask what genetic disease you're interested in? I can connect with others.

Hi!

I made a genetic test and I am waiting for the result.

The hypothesized condition is lipodystrophy, or something similar that implies excessive leanness.

As for now, one sure thing (from another past genetic test) is that there is a variation of the gene MYBPC3 for me and for my mother.

Excessive leanness has started for me in the period of puberty and for my mother in the period in which she entered menopause.
