What questions should I ask at a 2nd opinion appointment?

Hi everyone.I haven’t posted in quite some time so a quick update. I just had stable scans Tuesday and I going on 4 years on my first line of treatment for denovo hormone +\her2- IDC. I’m asking fir a friend that has had a reoccurrence a couple of years ago and is on her 6th line with Mets to liver and bone. Liver Mets are new and obviously she is scared. She asked me for questions to ask the onc at her 2nd opinion and I can’t seem to find my list of questions from when I was dx. Anyone care to share any they have? Thank you all.

- What questions do you need to ask when seeking a second opinion, i.e., insurance coverage, test results and documentation gathering?
- What questions should you prepare to ask the oncologist at your second opinion appointment?
- What do you want your oncologist to know about you and your values?
