"@rwinney with me I had anxiety it wasn't bad I just used to get nervous if I go out due to my ibs issue. Once I got covid I really knew what was anxiety and panick attack I had all the time. Sti do now but I try to breathe. Since mine is a vibration 24/7 it's very annoying especially in my stomach. I need to try and to meditation again. I left work last yr due to this ailment so bei g home sucks. I will make sure I get on track this yr and recover so I can get back to work. I appreciate ur advice.

@avash I remember how much it sucked when I had to leave my job. It was very difficult adjusting to loss of routine. Keep the faith that you will get back to work. Are you presently on temporary disability?
