@avash I disagree with anxiety being the initial cause (sometimes that's said when a doctor has no cause to provide). Sure having these vibrations attributes to anxiety which can be a normal response when experiencing an abnormal feeling inside the body and not knowing why. Yes, anxiety can upregulate more symptoms and around and around we go, but no, not the sole cause.
I understand the electrical feeling you describe. I only take Pregabalin (Lyrica), it has helped my nerve dysfunction. I am living with and managing Central Sensitization Syndrome (CSS) which is a chronic pain syndrome that produces louder messages to the brain from the body. Its an overreactive Central Nervous System (CNS) that gets upregulated and can produce nerve, muscle, joint, bone pain along with sensory issues. I am mentioning CSS because it has been able to explain some post-COVID symptoms and disorders. Do you mind taking a look at this video presented by Dr. Sletten of the Mayo Clinic?
My hope for you is that your vibrations will be helped a little by a nerve medication, and ultimately dissipate on their own once your CNS calms down. There are lifestyle changes and ways to aid in this.
Will you please let me know your thoughts on the video? What might your next step be?
@rwinney I'm sorry that u have to go through this. Covid caused a lot of problems for us. I tried Lyrica but I had side effects. I have anxiety but I felt gabapentin increased my anxiety abit or maybe I was stressed by taking all those antidepressants that they put me on saying it's anxiety.
