I just found out that my dr. misdiagnosed me with bipolar instead of SAD ....I came off my meds. 7 months ago and a little anxious now that fall is here but I am going to start with the light therapy starting tomorrow am....wish me luck...how I have been coping is...running and going to the gym 4 times a week....working outside painting and being creative.

I LIVE IN SEATTLE AND THE PAST TWO DAYS HAVE BEEN A LIVING HELL. IT IS HARD FOR ME TO GET OUTSIDE BECAUSE IT RAINS ALL THE TIME. LET ME KNOW HOW THE LIGHT WORKS FOR YOU AND GOOD LUCK
