Thank you so much for the detailed reply! We are from Ukraine, no one hear actually knows about ACNES. But we have found a doctor that will make injection into trigger point. Let's see how it goes.

There is a hospital in Wimbledon, England that does surgery on ACNES. You should be able to google them. I considered going there but could not because of covid. Fortunately I found a local surgeon. Good luck.
