Hi Erion, It sure sounds like ACNES. Google the Carnett test - that is the first verification. Next you need to find a Pain Management center that has some familiarity with ACNES. They should give Trigger Point shots to the effected area. You should see moderate to total relief but it is only going to last a short time but it is a verification that it is ACNES. This test is needed for the surgeon before he will consult with you. My surgeon was Dr Thomas Gillespie at St Joseph's Medical Center in Phoenix. He does see new patient and they can be from out of state. He performed Robotic Laparoscopic surgery on my abdomen severing nerves T8, T9 and T10.
