Hello, I will jump in and say that I have not used Clear Lung even though I have seen it recommended on a few Bronchiectasis sites.
I will explain my reasoning. I have used herbal medicines, but need to be exceedingly cautious when I see a long list of ingredients because I take a few prescription medications, which may interact with one or more ingredients. And I have allergies to a number of plants and pollens. Supplements such as Clear Lung are not regulated by the FDA, nor tested for purity or safety by them. I also cannot tell if the distributor has had any testing done by an independent lab.
Instead I have chosen to use just two medications which help thin the mucus, both approved by my doctors. One is long-acting guaifenesin, which thins mucus. The second is the supplement Nacetyl-cysteine (NAC) which some studies have shown to also be mucolytic (lessens and thins mucus.)

If you decide to try the Clear Lungs, maybe you can ask your physician and/or pharmacist about whether the ingredients may interact with any meds you use, especially for blood pressure, heart, blood clotting.

Have you asked your pulmonologist or primary doc about this supplement?
Sue
