I’m really sorry you’re suffering like this. I have osteoarthritis and rheumatoid arthritis, a knee and a hi replacement. The hip made everything even worse due to another problem in my spine. I take 300 mg of pregablin daily, 3 Percocet (10/325), 2 morphine 10 mg each. I can walk about half a block, sit for about 15 minutes. I have a very large cyst at the end of my spine that’s inoperable, and the nerve damage from surgery and the remodeling of my spine puts almost constant pressure on my sciatic nerve. Other than the meds, swimming, deep water aerobics did help with flexibility. Walking when I was able helped. Heat helps. You might investigate having joints replaced if that’s possible.
