This is a new idea for me - I am not sure what is meant by "resetting the muscle group", but it certainly is an intriguing idea. I do know that muscles can be stretched, relaxed and strengthened through a variety of stretches and exercises and through conscious modifications of use, posture etc.
Do you know if there is a name for this treatment? And what injections will be used? What sort of medical practitioner provides this service? PT, chiropractor, orthopedist, etc.
Many of us are waiting to hear about every possible avenue for relief from pain & stiffness.
