Thank you for this thread. I attempted to enroll in the 12 week program a couple months ago but once I was connected to the covid clinic report I was told she didn't know anything about a virtual program and that mayo clinic was no longer accepting out of state patients in their covid clinic, so this would apply to me. Having seen this post I just completed the appointment request again and hope to be able to join the 12 week program. I am 4 months in to long haul symptoms and would so love to get help from the mayo clinic
