Good for you...keep up the great work! I have lost 22 pounds since June. It's about .5-1.0 pounds per week...goal weight is 150...I have 27 pounds to go. What worked: Mindful eating. As I eat each snack, meal or beverage I ask myself if what I am about to consume is good for me. If so, I consume it. If not, I put it down and go find something that is...Example: donut versus apple? Obvious choice. I allow myself treats but I don't make a habit of it...
