I use it daily as it takes the edge off. My symptoms are mostly numbness and tingling. First I massage in Aquaphor cream followed by the Vicks. The massage helps me, too.

I use a spray called Little Miracle (faster pain relief). It is a convenient spray (. an Herbal Formula, Natural Menthol), Made in the USA. I spray it on at night and get fast relief and it helps me fall asleep. It probably has the same effect as Vicks. Yes actually. Lathered on soles of my feet. It does give some relief

I’ve tried a bunch of different creams and lotions but none really helped. Recently wash the caspian cream and I couldn’t wash it off fast enough! What helps me is and lotion and just massaging my feet before bed and before pitting socks on.
