I have a small, mesh nebulizer. I love it, no noise and very quick. It works fine with Albuterol. But, it becomes very slow and clogged with 7% saline. I assume the saline is too thick for the mesh. I try to steam with two drops of white vinegar and 6cc of warm, distilled water. This works sometimes. Does anyone else have any suggestions?

@shs What brand are you using? I bought an Innospire mesh nebulizer a few months ago to use when away from home. It works great with the 7% saline, nebs 4ml in about 8 minutes. Very quiet and easy to use. It is a a bit pricey. You do not have to have an Rx if you want to buy out of pocket. Not sure if it would be covered by insurance.
